Larry Bernard Kelly, a 39-year-old man from Spring Lake, North Carolina, went missing on July 15, 1998. On that day, Kelly left his home on foot, reportedly heading to a nearby store, but never returned. At the time of his disappearance, Kelly was described as 5'9" to 5'11" tall, weighing between 150 and 160 pounds, with short, curly black hair and brown eyes.
