Erika Limon, a 16-year-old from Long Beach, California, was last seen on July 22, 1999. Around 6:45 p.m. that evening, she was outside her family's apartment complex on North Long Beach Boulevard, speaking to an unidentified woman. Erika has not been seen or heard from since that day.
