Leona Kinsey, 45, was last seen on October 25, 1999, at her home in La Grande, Oregon. She left behind all her personal belongings, including her purse, cigarettes, lighter, pager, and pets, which she was very fond of. Her home appeared undisturbed, with coffee still in the pot and groceries from a recent shopping trip left out.
