Julia Lopez-Garcia, a 17-year-old, was last seen on November 10, 2016, in Gresham, Oregon. Authorities believe she may still be in the local area or could have traveled to Portland, Oregon, or even Houston, Texas. Julia was receiving services at the Morrison Center, a facility under the Office of Refugee Resettlement, and disappeared alongside her foster sister, Belkis Rivas-Galves, who went missing the next day. Both cases are linked, and it is suspected they might have traveled together.
