Belkis Lizeth Rivas-Galves, a 17-year-old girl, disappeared on November 11, 2016, from Gresham, Oregon. She was last seen near the Morrison Center, where she and her foster sister, Julia Lopez Garcia, were receiving services from the Office of Refugee Resettlement. Julia had gone missing just one day earlier. The circumstances surrounding their disappearances remain unclear, and there have been few leads since.
