In the fall of 2016, two teenage girls on the cusp of adulthood vanished from a quiet residential street in Gresham, Oregon. Seventeen-year-old Belkis Lizeth Rivas-Galves, a young Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes, was last seen on November 11, 2016.
