Cheryl Kay Seyedin, a 40-year-old woman from Ashland, Oregon, was last seen in November 1998. She had been living a transient lifestyle, moving frequently between different states, and was known to use multiple aliases, including Foreman, Cross, and DeLaCroix. On November 17, 1998, she visited her doctor for a follow-up appointment after foot surgery.
