Carolann Payne, a 35-year-old woman, was last seen in August 1985 in La Pine, Oregon. Her case, classified as a "no body" homicide, remains unsolved. Payne had been diagnosed with depression and had spent time in a psychiatric hospital earlier that year following a suicide attempt.
