In the winter of 2016, 72-year-old Judy Ann Parker, a resident of Springfield, Oregon, vanished without a trace. On the morning of December 30th, she walked away from her care home situated near 11th Place and R Street. Judy was a resident who, like others in the home, had the freedom to come and go as she pleased and often enjoyed walks in the surrounding neighborhood.
