Alexis Hernandez-Repollet, a 5-year-old boy from San Francisco, went missing on May 1, 2002, alongside his mother, Evelyn Hernandez, who was eight months pregnant. The two were last seen in their Crocker-Amazon neighborhood. Evelyn was reported missing by her boyfriend a week later, after he was unable to reach her. In July 2002, Evelyn’s partial remains were discovered in the San Francisco Bay, but her unborn child and Alexis were never found.
