Angela Fullmer, 34, was last seen on December 15, 2002, near Mt. Shasta, California. On that day, she and her boyfriend, Thomas O'Connell, reportedly drove to the Twin Pines area near Lake Siskiyou after spending the weekend drinking together. According to O'Connell, they argued over mud in his truck, and Fullmer walked into the nearby forest towards South Fork Road. He claimed that he later heard a car door close and an engine start, believing Fullmer may have gotten a ride from someone.
