Lucia Adams, a 29-year-old woman, was last seen on August 3, 2019, in Redwood City, California. She disappeared around 1:30 p.m. in the vicinity of 15th Avenue and Friendly Court. Lucia was reported missing by a friend when she failed to show up for a scheduled meeting. At the time of her disappearance, Lucia was transient, and little information has emerged about her whereabouts since then.
