Jeffrey Wayne Bowen, 43, was last seen on October 2, 2004, at his home in Wilder, Vermont. His roommate reported that Bowen had gathered his tools to work on his niece's car. However, when his niece arrived to pick him up, he was not there. Bowen was never heard from again, and his absence was considered unusual, especially because he typically stayed in contact with his daughter, even when facing personal difficulties.
