He was described as 5'9" to 5'10" tall and weighing around 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Paul’s behavior had reportedly changed in the period leading up to his disappearance, and it is believed he may have been suicidal.
All of his personal belongings were left behind, and authorities suspect he may have left voluntarily. It is possible that Paul remained in the local Fresno area or may have traveled to nearby Madera, California. However, no significant leads have emerged in his case over the years.
