Jason Alexander Kump, aged 34, was last seen on February 14, 2018, near Van Ness Avenue and Nevada Avenue in Fresno, California. Jason left his home on the morning of February 15, riding his navy blue Public V1 bicycle, which had red brake cables and possibly white racks on the front and back. Notably, he left behind all of his personal belongings, including his phone, wallet, and keys. Jason worked as an engineer for the City of Fresno at the time of his disappearance.
