Frankie Gilbert McDowell, a 25-year-old man, was last seen on October 14, 2005, leaving a friend's residence in the Radio Park area of Fresno, California. At the time of his disappearance, Frankie was wearing a light gray short-sleeved shirt with a few buttons at the top and dark gray sweatpants.
