Frankie Gilbert McDowell, a 25-year-old man, was last seen on October 14, 2005, leaving a friend's residence in the Radio Park area of Fresno, California. At the time of his disappearance, Frankie was wearing a light gray short-sleeved shirt with a few buttons at the top and dark gray sweatpants. He had several distinguishing tattoos, including a rose with the name "Carmen Aguilar" on his left arm, the name "Rachel" on his left forearm, a dragon on his right arm, and a biohazard symbol on his upper right arm. He also had two surgical scars on his neck.

Although there have been a few reported sightings of Frankie in Fresno after his disappearance, none of these were confirmed. It was speculated that he might have traveled to the Bakersfield area, but his whereabouts remain unknown. His case has had little information emerge over the years, and it remains unsolved. Authorities continue to seek any information that may help bring resolution to his case. The Fresno Police Department is handling the investigation.
