Jamie Jo Travis, age 27, was last seen on August 30, 2005, at the Taft Homes public housing complex in Peoria, Illinois. That evening, a friend had spoken to her on the phone and offered to pick her up around 10:30 p.m., but when he arrived at the designated spot, Jamie was nowhere to be found.
