Patricia Laemmerhirt, a 27-year-old woman from Westfield, New York, went missing on April 3, 1976. She lived with her husband, Ernest Laemmerhirt Jr., on North Portage Street. In the months leading up to her disappearance, Patricia confided in her brother that she was experiencing marital problems.
