Paul Joseph Fuchs, a 19-year-old man from Long Beach, California, was last seen on December 12, 1976. He left his home on Redondo Avenue after dinner to meet friends at the Ripples Bar. Witnesses reported seeing him with an unidentified man who resembled Randy Kraft, a notorious serial killer known as the "Scorecard Killer."
