Henrique Rafael Kikutu De Nogueira Ferrao was three years old when he was last seen on March 12, 2015, in Long Beach, California. He and his older sister, Helena, were allegedly abducted by their non-custodial mother, Colette Okanya. Okanya had reportedly taken the children for what was supposed to be a five-week vacation to Uganda but never returned.
