Thomas John Gordinier, aged 29, was last seen on May 2, 1987, at his mobile home in the Country Lakes Mobile Home Park in Coconut Creek, Florida. That evening, Gordinier was entertaining two friends, who left his home around 9 p.m. The following day, a neighbor stopped by to retrieve a borrowed tool but received no response at Gordinier's home.
