On a harsh winter day in Baltimore, the life of 25-year-old Tavon Lee was tragically cut short. On January 7, 2016, in the 1600 block of Barclay Street, Lee became a victim of the city's relentless gun violence. He was one of five individuals killed in a surge of violence that gripped the city and county on that single day.
