Jayme Lynn Engstrom, a 22-year-old woman from Clearwater, Florida, disappeared under mysterious circumstances on February 20, 1994. She was last seen at approximately 8:43 p.m. in the 1300 block of Cleveland Street, when Clearwater police stopped her for walking in the middle of the road while carrying an open container of alcohol.
