Wendy Lynn Huggy, age 16, was last seen on April 7, 1982, in Clearwater, Florida. Her grandmother dropped her off near her uncle's apartment complex at Nursery and Belcher Roads, where she was supposed to meet him. Later that day, Wendy went with a friend and her friend's mother to Clearwater Beach. She eventually got a ride from the beach to the Countryside Mall, from where she called her grandfather, informing him that a man named Don would drive her home.
