Margaret Dash Missing Person Case

Margaret Dash, a 38-year-old woman, was last seen on June 14, 1974, in Clearwater, Florida. She had left her home on Wildwood Street to buy medicine for a sick relative, borrowing her daughter's car for the errand. Margaret never returned, and her husband reported her missing the next day. The car she was driving, a white 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass, was found abandoned a month later in a parking lot in St. Petersburg, but there were no signs of Margaret.

At the time of her disappearance, Margaret was reportedly involved in an extramarital affair with Cleveland Hill Jr., a former minister and asphalt contractor. Margaret had confided in her husband that Hill had threatened to kill her if she attempted to end the relationship. Despite Hill’s criminal background, including serving time for shooting his wife and mother-in-law, he was never formally charged in connection with Margaret's disappearance. Over the years, Hill's name came up in relation to two other missing women, Retha Hiers and Donyelle Johnson, both of whom had also been romantically linked to him. However, no definitive connections were made between these cases, and Hill maintained his innocence until his death in 2018.

Margaret Dash's case remains unsolved, and authorities suspect foul play. Despite several efforts to investigate and search possible locations for her remains, including excavations decades later, no conclusive evidence has been found.
