Oliver Hart Missing Person Case

On June 13, 1995, 79-year-old Oliver Hart was seen for the last time in his hometown of Dillon, South Carolina. An African American man, Mr. Hart was 79 years old at the time he went missing. He was described as having a slim build, standing at 5'8" and weighing around 110 pounds. He had gray hair, brown eyes, and a gray beard and mustache. A notable physical characteristic was his slumped shoulders. At the time of his disappearance, it was known that he had a drinking problem.
