Oliver Hart, a 79-year-old man, was last seen on June 13, 1995, in Dillon, South Carolina. At the time of his disappearance, he had a drinking problem, but there were no clear reasons for him to have wandered off or any immediate signs of foul play. Described as 5'8" with a slim build, gray hair, and brown eyes, Hart also had a gray beard and mustache. His slumped shoulders were another distinguishing characteristic.
