Charles Harold Litchfield, age 47, was last seen on December 13, 2019, in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. He left his residence on Northbridge Court that day, wearing blue jeans, a camouflage jacket, and red Converse shoes. Charles, who suffered from seizures and was reportedly not taking his medication at the time, walked away from the apartment and has not been seen since. His family has reported several unconfirmed sightings, though none have been validated by law enforcement.
