Cindy Carol Larson, 25, was last seen on November 26, 1995, in Caledonia, Minnesota. She disappeared under suspicious circumstances, and her husband, Edward Smith, became the primary suspect in her case. Smith eventually confessed to strangling Cindy during an argument on a rural road in Mayville Township, north of Caledonia, and later disposing of her body in the Missouri River.
