Tamara Colleen Bradley, 30 years old, was last seen on September 30, 1994, leaving her workplace, Federal Foam Technologies, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She departed around 3:30 p.m. and was expected to return home, where her five-year-old son was staying with her ex-husband's father. However, she never arrived, and there has been no trace of her since.
