Por Soua Her, a 22-year-old woman, went missing on March 12, 2002, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was last seen in the city, and there has been no communication from her since that day. Her case has been classified as endangered missing. Distinctive features that could help identify her include her Asian heritage, long black hair, brown eyes, and blue eyeliner tattoos on her lower eyelids.
