Roxanna Brown, aged 44, was last seen in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on March 15, 1994. At the time of her disappearance, Roxanna was described as an African-American woman, approximately 5'7" tall and weighing 136 pounds, with distinctive red hair and brown eyes. She was known to sometimes use the alias "Roxanne White."
