Charles Eugene Bush Jr., aged 46, was last seen on December 1, 1997, in Bagley, Minnesota. Originally from Bagley, Charles had been staying with a woman in Grand Forks, North Dakota, prior to his disappearance. The woman reported that she last saw him before the significant Red River flood in April 1997, but no details about his activities afterward have been confirmed.
