Marvin Duane Witte, aged 51, was last seen on December 12, 2005, in Winona, Minnesota, after leaving the Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center around 2:30 p.m. He never returned home, and his whereabouts remain a mystery. Witte had a history of medical issues, including asthma, depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, for which he required multiple medications.
