Arturo Flores Vasquez, age 35, was last seen on February 5, 1998, in San Ysidro, California, the day before his 36th birthday. He was with a friend and possibly another man in a van when he called his girlfriend, telling her he would be home shortly. However, Arturo never arrived, and no one has heard from him since.
