Herman Arbas, a 66-year-old man, was last seen on March 15, 2003, in Laurens, New York. Arbas lived and worked on a 384-acre dairy farm alongside his son, Matthew Arbas. Over the years leading up to his disappearance, Herman had become increasingly paranoid, believing that the FBI was spying on him, which led some to suspect he may have been suffering from mental illness.
