Vincent Lamouris, an 18-year-old from Ghent, Belgium, was last seen on January 25, 2002, in Niagara Falls, New York. On the day of his disappearance, Vincent left his home under the pretense of going to school and work, but instead, he flew to New York City without informing anyone.
