Vincent Stack, a 40-year-old man from Buffalo, New York, went missing on December 4, 1990, in Niagara Falls State Park. Authorities believe that Stack fell over Niagara Falls on that day. Despite extensive searches, his remains were not immediately recovered. In April 1992, two years after his disappearance, human remains were found along the shores of Lake Ontario near Oswego, New York, but were too decomposed to identify at the time.
