Jillian Elizabeth Ortiz, age 19, was last seen on January 19, 2006, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She had spoken to her mother on January 16, stating that she planned to go to California to visit her brother. Jillian has not been heard from since that phone call. Unfortunately, her disappearance was not immediately reported to the police, delaying the investigation. It wasn't until a year later that the authorities accepted a missing person report, which further complicated efforts to locate her.
