Communication from Anastasia ceased after this point, and her family has not seen or heard from her since. Her sudden silence was alarming to her family, as she was known to be in regular contact with them.
The investigation into Anastasia's disappearance has centered on her last known movements. The last signal from her cell phone was detected on March 16, 2023, near a community outreach center known as God's Warehouse, located at 8011 Central Avenue NE. Despite the presence of signs indicating surveillance cameras at the location, it was discovered that the cameras were not operational on the night her phone pinged there. Law enforcement conducted searches of the area around God's Warehouse, including the use of canines, but these efforts did not yield any significant leads. Investigators have also interviewed individuals she was in contact with through social media, but those conversations have not provided any breakthroughs in the case. Her personal belongings, including her phone, have not been found.

She has several distinct tattoos, including the name "Ferriera" on her right breast, the words "till death" on her left forearm, and "505" on her right arm. She was known to frequently wear hoodies.
