Walter Joseph Wilson, a 51-year-old man, was last seen on March 27, 2009, in Asheville, North Carolina. At the time, Wilson was living with his sister and brother-in-law. On the day of his disappearance, he visited his brother-in-law in the hospital, delivering items from his sister. When his sister returned home, she found a note from Wilson, thanking them for allowing him to stay and mentioning that he was leaving to attend truck driving school.
