Robert Wiltsie, aged 59, was last seen on October 7, 2010, at St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam, New York. Wiltsie, who was in need of medication and may have been experiencing delusions, disappeared without any known means of transportation. He was frequently seen socializing at coffee shops and attending local outpatient group therapy meetings. At the time of his disappearance, Wiltsie was wearing a red and white plaid shirt and black jeans.
