Jiovany Gomez, a 14-year-old boy, went missing on November 27, 2010, from San Marcos, Texas. At the time, he was visiting relatives in Texas from his home in Chicago, Illinois. On the day of his disappearance, Jiovany was accompanied by his uncle Ricardo Gomez and three other men: Luis Hernandez, Carlos Ortega-Gonzales, and Nicholas Munoz.
