In the late winter of 2011, 65-year-old Roy Joseph Hastings Jr. vanished under perplexing circumstances from Grand Rivers, a small town in Livingston County, Kentucky. On February 11th, his vehicle was reportedly involved in an accident on the Cumberland River Bridge. A passing motorist stopped to offer assistance and recalled that Mr. Hastings, after a brief period, urged her to move on for her own safety.
