In the rural eastern Kentucky community of Bledsoe, a family began to worry when they had not heard from 28-year-old Robert Allen Hoskins. Known to his loved ones as 'Robby' or 'Robbie,' he was last seen in the area on July 1, 2011. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain unclear, creating a long and painful period of uncertainty for his family and friends.
