Cecil O. Baker, age 47, was last seen on May 1, 2011, in Barbourville, Kentucky. That evening, he had informed his family that he was planning to drive to Michigan to visit his 14-year-old daughter. He was last seen driving a light green 1994 Geo Metro hatchback with Kentucky license plate 474CDH. However, Baker never made it to Michigan, and neither he nor his vehicle have been seen since.
