Grant Wilbur of Louisville, Kentucky, was a 54-year-old Black man who stood between 5'7" and 5'9" and weighed between 135 and 140 pounds. He had black hair and brown eyes. His family lost contact with him in 2016 when he stopped answering his phone, leading them to become concerned for his safety.
