Francisco Mendez, an 84-year-old man from Brooklyn, New York, has been missing since May 4, 2011. He was last seen near Melrose Street and Bushwick Avenue at around 10 p.m. that day. Mendez, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease and diabetes, was wearing a red flannel shirt, blue jeans, black shoes, and a black baseball cap with an eagle emblem. He stands at 5'8" and weighs approximately 150 pounds.
