At the time of her disappearance, Alexis was described as being 5'4" to 5'5" tall, weighing around 135 pounds, with long brown hair and brown eyes. She had several distinctive scars: a three-inch scar on her right knee, a scar on her right ankle, and a scar on her abdomen. Investigators have few leads in her case, and no solid explanation for her sudden departure has been uncovered. Despite extensive efforts, including DNA and fingerprint records being made available, Alexis's case remains unsolved, and she is still listed as missing under suspicious circumstances.
