Suzanne Marie Schultz, a 17-year-old from Black Earth, Wisconsin, was last seen in December 1978. Suzanne left her family’s residence sometime in December and later contacted them from Tampa, Florida, in July 1979. During this period, she was staying with a man named Stephen Lund, who was also reported missing. Lund had told his own family in Illinois that he would be returning home by July 4, 1979, but he never arrived. Similarly, Suzanne had planned to return to her family by August 4, 1979, but she too failed to show up. Neither of them have been seen or heard from since.

In September 1979, a U-Haul trailer associated with Suzanne and Stephen was found abandoned in Chicago, Illinois. This discovery deepened the mystery surrounding their disappearances. Investigators suspect foul play, but no substantial leads have emerged since the initial investigation.

Suzanne was described as being 5'6" tall and weighing around 120 pounds at the time of her disappearance. She had brown hair and green eyes and was known to use the names Sue or Susan. Despite the passage of time, her case remains unsolved, and authorities continue to search for any information that might shed light on what happened to Suzanne and Stephen.
