Dana Boshell, 38 years old at the time of her disappearance, was last seen on July 4, 2012. On that day, Dana spent time with her boyfriend and brother in Orlando, Florida. After returning to her home in Tampa, her boyfriend claims he dropped her off at her condominium located in the Courtney Palms complex. This was reportedly the last time she was seen. Despite regularly staying in touch with her mother, Dana did not make any contact after that day.
Concern grew when her family had not heard from her for months, leading to her being reported missing on October 22, 2012—three and a half months after her last known sighting.
Dana’s case raised suspicion, especially since she made no withdrawals from her bank accounts after her disappearance, and none of her belongings seemed to be missing from her home. At the time of her disappearance, she worked as a bartender and was aspiring to complete her degree at the University of South Florida.
