On a Sunday afternoon, February 16, 1975, 63-year-old Jack Edward West left his home in Phoenix, Arizona, and vanished. He was last seen at his residence, located in the vicinity of North 19th Avenue and West Virginia Avenue, at approximately 4:30 P.M. At the time of his disappearance, West was a white male, described as being between 5 feet 9 inches and 6 feet 1 inch tall, with a weight of 215 to 225 pounds.
